During my school years, I was deeply involved in sports as a way to prioritize my physical well-being. I explored a wide range of sports disciplines, including karate, football, basketball, handball, and tennis. Karate, in particular, became a significant part of my life, with a dedicated journey spanning seven years through primary and middle school. My dedication paid off when I achieved the coveted black belt. I also actively participated in numerous competitions, competing at the city, provincial, and even national levels. Notably, I clinched the second position at the national level and earned an invitation to join the Iranian national junior team.
However, my sporting pursuits took a different turn from the end of middle school through high school. I embarked on team sports, receiving invitations to join the county teams in basketball, football, futsal, and handball. Regrettably, my involvement in these team sports was relatively brief. The demands of university life led me to shift my focus towards academic pursuits and learning, sidelining my sporting endeavors.
