Hello! Welcome to my website

I am Mohammad Taghi Rayati, an M.Sc. graduate of Chemical Engineering at the University of Kashan, and aim to pursue my graduate studies in a Ph.D. program at a reputable university.

My general research interests are:

  • Materials Science and Engineering: Polymers, Composites and Semiconductors
  • Nanotechnology and Nanosensors
  • Energy Harvesting, Conversion, and Storage Systems
  • Multiscale-Computational and Experimental Studies

More specifically I am interested in ferroelectric and dielectric polymers for energy harvesting, conversion, and storage systems (PVDF) in the form of composite nanofiber-based piezoelectric, triboelectric, and magnetoelectric nanogenerators for self-powered wearable and flexible electronic applications. In this realm, I am interested in PSP linkages, multiscale computational materials science, advanced materials characterization, applications of novel materials, and multifunctional hybrid nanoparticles in composite systems. In addition, I have practical research experience in process design, pinch technology, and hydrometallurgy.

On this website, I have provided a comprehensive summary of my background. To explore my other pages, kindly click on the links below. Thank you for your visit in advance.
